1x weekly personal care for your chalet/finca or apartment. Our client will receive a report from each visit, detailing the inspections including date and time. In case of incidents, we immediately contact our client.

- Opening windows/doors for ventilation if necessary
- Checking any garage or separate studio
- Inspecting all water pipes, toilets, and running water
- Checking sanitary facilities
- Hygiene check of the refrigerator
- Inspecting the oven and fireplace
- Checking all electrical connections
- General garden inspection
- Checking all external doors/windows for any signs of forced entry
- Checking and emptying the mailbox
- Watering indoor plants
